Have a cup of tea

Today I decided to start my day off with a cup of tea.

I’m not much of a warm drink person, but there is nothing more calming than a cup of tea. After a cup of tea I always feel better, almost like my body needed that warmness.

Benefits of drinking a cup of tea

Boosts your immune system

Helps with inflammation

Helps combat any other sicknesses or diseases

Has antioxidants

And it just brings you a sweet smile

Depending on the type of tea you will have, it may bring other great benefits!

So maybe have a cup of tea and read a book, journal or walk outside with your tea to get some sun!
